Product Information
The BARWALT® PLS Revolve⢠Tile Leveling System helps create level, evenly spaced tile installations while reducing lippage between adjacent tiles. Designed for wall and floor tile up to 19 mm thick, the system uses threaded caps and spacer bases to align tile surfaces while maintaining consistent grout joint spacing.
The threaded design allows the caps to be tightened by hand without a separate leveling tool. Once the thinset has dried, the spacer bases can be removed by striking them with a rubber mallet in line with the grout joint, while the threaded caps can be saved and reused on future installations.
Spacer bases are available for 1/16" and 1/8" grout joints in 100-count bags or 1,000-count bulk boxes. Reusable threaded caps are available in 100-count bags or 500-count bulk boxes, allowing installers to purchase the system components and quantities appropriate for individual projects or ongoing professional use.
BARWALT Anti-Scratch Disks (DSPIN100), sold separately, can be placed beneath the threaded caps to help protect tile surfaces from scratches and marks during leveling. The separate spacer base, cap, and disk components allow reusable parts of the system to remain in service across multiple tile installations.
