Product Information
The Alpha® Drill Bit Guide & Water Delivery System provides a stable starting position for electroplated diamond drill bits when drilling marble, granite, ceramic, porcelain, and glass tile. The guide prevents the drill bit from wandering across the surface, improving control when starting holes for bathroom fixtures and other mounted accessories.
The system supplies water to the cutting edge during drilling to keep the diamond drill bit cool and support cutting performance and service life. Combining guidance and water delivery in one accessory reduces the need to control the drill position and cooling water separately.
A suction cup creates a vacuum that secures the guide to the work surface during drilling. Once a hole is complete, the guide can be released and repositioned for the next drilling location in seconds.
The guide works with electroplated drill bits ranging from 3/16" through 1-3/8" in diameter. It is particularly useful for drilling 1/4" anchor holes when installing towel bars, soap dishes, shelves, cabinets, and shower door frames.
