Product Information
BIHUI Laser Manual Tile Cutters use a visible laser reference to help align the scoring path on compatible ceramic and porcelain tile. Available with 47.25" and 63" straight-cut capacities, they handle tile from 6 to 15 mm thick.
A 1.6 mm double-layer aluminum base and solid 20 × 40 mm rail provide a rigid cutting platform. The 21-bearing carriage moves smoothly, while the adjustable frame and rail support accurate scoring alignment.
The included 22 mm scoring wheel maintains contact with the tile before the magnetic breaker applies 800 kg, approximately 1,764 lbs., of force for controlled separation.
Three rulers support repeat and diagonal measurements, while an included 45° guide assists with angled positioning. Extension bars provide additional support for larger tile throughout longer cuts.
Common Questions
The cutters are designed for scoring and breaking compatible ceramic and porcelain tile. Both models accommodate tile from 6 to 15 mm thick, approximately 1/4" to 19/32".
The TCS1200 cuts 47.25" straight and approximately 33.5" × 33.5" diagonally. The TCS1600 cuts 63" straight and approximately 44.5" × 44.5" diagonally.
Both models deliver 800 kg, approximately 1,764 lbs., of breaking force. The magnetic breaking mechanism separates the tile after the scoring wheel creates the cut line.
The integrated red laser provides a visible reference for aligning the scoring path with the intended cut. It uses two included AAA batteries.
Yes. Each model includes a 45° miter guide for angled positioning. Three rulers also support repeat and diagonal cutting layouts.
Both models include a 22 × 5 × 5 mm scoring wheel designed for long service life. It scores the tile before the magnetic breaker applies separation force.
The TCS1200 includes extension bars for supporting cuts up to approximately 39". The TCS1600 includes longer bars for supporting cuts up to approximately 59".
Yes. The cutting frame and rail position can be adjusted to align the scoring path. The 21-bearing carriage then travels smoothly along the solid rail.
