The Alpha PSC-150 Miter Cutting Kit is a rail-guided system designed to perform straight cuts and miter cutting on stone, porcelain slab, and large-format tile using PSC-150 wet stone cutters and carriage assemblies mounted to modular guide rails.
The system uses 6-inch carriage assemblies with included templates that position each cutter for left-side miter, right-side miter, or straight cutting. When two stone cutters and carriage assemblies are installed on the same guide rail in opposing directions, the setup allows two miter cuts to be completed on a single pass to form a V-profile suitable for lamination and edge buildup. With a single cutter configuration, the rail is installed once and the cutter is repositioned to complete each miter pass.
Each cutter operates at 8,500 RPM and uses water-fed wet cutting for dust control and blade cooling. The kit supports cutting of 3/4 inch (2 cm) material and is commonly used for laminated waterfall edges, book-matched seams, and precision edge preparation.
