The Alpha PSC-150 Miter Cutting Kit combines dual PSC-150 wet stone cutters, carriage assemblies, and modular guide rails for straight cutting and precision miter fabrication on stone, porcelain slabs, and large-format tile. Rail-guided carriage movement helps maintain consistent alignment during slab cutting, edge preparation, and laminated fabrication.
Included carriage templates position each cutter for left miter, right miter, or straight cutting configurations. Dual cutter setups allow opposing miter cuts on a single rail for V-groove preparation, while single cutter setups can be repositioned without reinstalling the guide rail.
Each PSC-150 cutter operates at 8,500 RPM with water-fed wet cutting for blade cooling and dust reduction. The system supports cutting materials up to 3/4 inch thick and is commonly used for waterfall edges, laminated edge buildup, and book-matched seam preparation.
