The BIHUI® Electric Vacuum Suction Cup is a battery-powered material handling tool with a maximum rated lifting capacity of 375 lbs (170 kg). Designed for compatible smooth and textured surfaces, it assists with lifting and positioning large-format tile, stone, glass, and other materials capable of maintaining a vacuum seal.
A smart sensor continuously monitors vacuum pressure and automatically activates the pump when additional suction is needed. The digital pressure gauge displays the current vacuum level, allowing the operator to monitor holding pressure throughout material handling without repeated manual pumping.
The vacuum lifter includes a double-layer suction pad for smooth materials and an additional pad designed for textured surfaces. Selecting the appropriate pad helps the tool adapt to different surface finishes. Material condition, texture, porosity, cleanliness, and pad contact can affect vacuum performance, so a complete seal should be confirmed before every lift.
The 21V, 2.0Ah lithium-ion battery provides up to three hours of continuous operation on a full charge. A depleted battery requires approximately 2.5 hours to recharge, supporting cordless material handling without a power cord around the work area.
