Product Information
The BIHUI® Manual Tile Cutter Head and Breaker Kit provides the scoring and snapping components required for a BIHUI manual rail cutting system. It is designed for controlled cutting of large-format porcelain tile and slab materials.
The cutting head travels along compatible reinforced guide rails to create a consistent score across long tile surfaces. After scoring, the separate breaker nipper applies the force needed to snap tile and slab materials up to 19/32" thick.
The kit is designed for use with BIHUI reinforced guide rails. When configured with compatible rails, the system supports cutting paths up to 126" long. Guide rails and the suction cups needed to secure them are sold separately.
The kit includes one manual cutting head, one breaker nipper, one spare scoring wheel, and one protective plastic carrying case. The case keeps the cutting components together during storage and jobsite transportation.
