The Alpha® AIR-680UW Underwater Pneumatic Polisher is a high-performance pneumatic tool for underwater polishing and grinding applications. Based on the AIR-680 platform, the AIR-680UW includes a 27 ft. flexible vacuum hose for underwater operation across most pool sizes and can also be operated without the vacuum hose for conventional wet polishing.
Central Water-Feed Polishing System
A central water-feed distribution system supplies water regardless of tool position to support consistent plaster polishing and high-quality finishes. The AIR-680UW operates at up to 4,000 RPM with 15 CFM air consumption at 85 PSI and uses a 5/8"-11 spindle for compatible polishing and grinding accessories.
Extended All-Weather Air and Water Hoses
The polisher includes 15 ft. air and water supply hoses, a 30 ft. air hose, and a 27 ft. flexible vacuum hose for extended working range. The air and water hoses use hybrid flexible material that remains flexible from -40°F to +140°F (-40°C to +60°C), supporting operation across a wide range of jobsite conditions.
Included 7" Plaster Polishing Accessories
The AIR-680UW includes a 7" rotary backer pad along with 7" #50 and #100 PlasterKing pads for plaster finishing. A reversible side handle and C-handle provide additional control and maneuverability, while the enhanced spindle shaft and included wrench simplify accessory removal.
