OSIĀ® HM270 Construction Silicone Sealant is a one-part, medium modulus RTV silicone sealant formulated for glazing and sealing applications. It cures at room temperature upon exposure to ambient moisture, forming a permanent watertight and weatherproof seal on non-porous building materials.
HM270 provides good tensile strength, strong adhesion without primer on many substrates, and long-term elasticity. It maintains performance across extreme temperatures and resists ultraviolet exposure and harsh environmental conditions.
