Alpha® Advantage Final Polishing Discs complete the final stage of the Alpha Advantage floor system. These polishing pads produce a deep, glossy reflection on marble, terrazzo, and granite floors while delivering consistent results across large floor areas and difficult granite surfaces.
Each disc combines tin oxide and natural fibers that are heat-compressed into a hard form with a thick, needle-shaped pattern. The final polishing process requires only a small amount of water to help the discs travel across the floor and does not require a separate chemical polishing compound.
The 3-1/2" discs attach to the AFP-300’s 17" driver pad with hook and loop backing. A minimum of three polishing discs is required for proper operation, while Alpha recommends six for the best results.
Black Final Polish Discs are intended for dark-colored stone, while White discs are intended for light-colored stone. For a unique finish on black granite, the Black polishing pad can be used first and followed with the White disc for the final step.
