Nuheat® Cable Guides secure Nuheat heating cables directly to the subfloor for electric floor heating installations that do not use a membrane system. The guides snap together to maintain cable spacing according to the planned heating layout.
The guides hold heating cable in position during installation and while applying self-leveling materials. Each 12" guide can be fastened with hot glue, staples, nails, or #6 × 1/2" screws.
Nuheat Cable Guides can be cut into smaller sections to accommodate walls, curves, and other layout requirements. Stabilizing guides are typically placed every 3–4 ft to help maintain the cable layout across the installation area.
