Product Information
The Alpha® Crossville Laminam 4-3/8" Diamond Blade is designed for high-speed cutting of Laminam® by Crossville®. Its smooth diamond rim and material-specific bond produce straight, true cuts with minimal chipping on thin, glass-like porcelain panels.
The smooth continuous rim maintains consistent contact with the panel to support clean edges and controlled cutting. This cutting quality helps reduce damaged material when trimming close to panel edges.
The blade supports straight cuts, plunge cuts, trimming near panel edges, and internal-radius cuts. These capabilities make it suitable for fabrication and installation work where portable cutting and control are important.
The blade can dry cut Crossville Laminam when used with compatible high-speed equipment. Alpha recommends wet cutting for other porcelain panels and glass tile, and water is required when the blade is used on a low-speed polisher. The LM0438 has a 4-3/8" diameter, 1.0 mm thickness, 7/8" and 20 mm arbor compatibility, and a 13,200 RPM maximum speed.

Common Questions
The blade is specifically designed for Crossville Laminam. It can also cut other thin porcelain panels and glass tile when used with water.
The cutting method depends on the material and equipment. Crossville Laminam can be dry cut with compatible high-speed equipment, while other porcelain panels and glass tile should be cut wet. Water is also required when using the blade on a low-speed polisher.
The LM0438 has a 4-3/8" diameter, 1.0 mm thickness, and compatibility with 7/8" and 20 mm arbor configurations.
The blade can make straight cuts, plunge cuts, edge-trimming cuts, and internal-radius cuts in compatible thin panels.
Yes. Its smooth continuous diamond rim and material-specific bond are designed to produce straight, true cuts with minimal chipping on Laminam.
The LM0438 has a maximum operating speed of 13,200 RPM. Confirm that the cutting equipment supports the blade's size, arbor, and speed requirements before use.
The blade fits compatible small angle grinders and stone cutters that accept a 4-3/8" blade with a 7/8" arbor or 20 mm adapter. Use water when operating the blade on a low-speed polisher.
