Square Bead Nozzle for Flat Joints
The Albion® Green Square Bead Nozzle applies a flat sealant bead while controlling the amount of material placed in the joint. Its square profile seats in the center of the opening to reduce excess sealant and finishing work, while supporting continuous application from vertical to horizontal surfaces.
Trim-to-Size 5" Design
The 5" plastic tip can be trimmed with a utility knife to produce the bead size required for the joint. Its fluorescent green color improves visibility during dispensing, helping the applicator follow bead placement across horizontal, vertical, and angled joints.
Joint and Glazing Applications
The flat bead profile is suited for expansion and control joints that will receive a flat finish. Additional applications include fillet joints, cove joints, other 45° angles, and glazing between glass, metal frames, and smooth stone.
B-Line Nozzle Compatibility
The nozzle fits Albion B-Line sausage guns, including the B12S20, B18S20, and B26S20, when used with the #873-5 black plastic ring cap.
