Product Information
Miracle SealantsĀ® Grout Release is a penetrating pre-grouting treatment formulated to help prevent cement, epoxy, urethane, and new generation grouts from adhering to tile and stone surfaces. Its polymerized silicone formula creates an invisible barrier that reduces grout residue and helps minimize the potential for grout staining while allowing moisture vapor to escape.
Unlike topical coatings, Grout Release penetrates the surface without changing its natural appearance. The non-coating formula is UV transparent and will not yellow over time, making it suitable for both interior and exterior installations where the original look of the material should be maintained.
Grout Release is designed for use on quarry tile, glazed tile, ceramic tile, porcelain tile, marble, granite, slate, travertine, quartz, brick, terrazzo, and grout. It is ideal for kitchens, bathrooms, showers, patios, driveways, and other residential or commercial installations prior to grouting.
The stain-resistant, weather-resistant formula also provides resistance to water, acids, freeze/thaw cycles, and salts. Its easy-to-use application helps simplify grout cleanup while protecting the surface throughout the grouting process.
