Product Information
The RUBIĀ® QUAKE Energy CAS Tile Vibrator is a cordless tile vibrator designed to help eliminate trapped air between the adhesive and the back of ceramic tile. Vibration improves adhesive contact with the tile, supporting proper installation with cementitious adhesives, resins, and other setting materials.
A progressive control provides vibration adjustment from 0 to 10,000 RPM, allowing the installer to control vibration based on the tile and application. The 5" contact base supports tiles weighing up to 110 lbs and is replaceable without leaving marks on the tile surface.
The QUAKE Energy CAS uses an 18V 2Ah Li-HD CAS battery and provides more than one hour of continuous operation. Its cordless design and 8 lb tool weight make it suitable for floor, wall, and elevated tile installations where unrestricted movement is important.
A dual bi-material handle provides control and stability while vibrating tile into the adhesive. The battery includes a four-LED charge indicator for checking remaining capacity during installation.
