Product Information
Alpha® PWC Pneumatic Stone Cutters/Grinders are high-speed air-powered tools for wet cutting and flat grinding stone. Designed for fabrication work, the PWC Series combines angle-grinder-style handling with up to 1.4 HP and a center water-feed system for cutting and grinding applications.
The Quad W Adapter directs water to both the front and back sides of the cutting blade. The center-feed design also supplies water during flat grinding, allowing the same pneumatic grinder to support multiple fabrication operations while controlling water at the working area.
A reversible safety guard supports left- or right-side blade positioning. The included L-bracket and side handle configure the air stone cutter for pull-to-cut operation, while the side handle can be repositioned for push-to-cut applications.
The PWC-658 accepts discs up to 6", operates at 10,000 RPM, and has a 5/8"-11 spindle. The PWC-514 accepts discs up to 5", operates at 12,000 RPM, and uses an M14-2 spindle. Both pneumatic stone cutter/grinder configurations include a 30 ft. air/water twin hose, matching Alpha® Elite Q Blade, Quad W Adapter Assembly, safety guard, handles, maintenance accessories, and reusable stackable toolbox.
