Product Information
The Alpha® PSP-158 and PSP-114 are high-performance industrial pneumatic polishers for wet polishing, drilling, and profiling. Both air-powered polishers produce up to 0.70 HP, operate at a no-load speed of 5,500 RPM, and weigh 3 lbs for maneuverable stone fabrication work.
Quarter-turn switches provide precise operating control, while the central water-feed system delivers ample water regardless of the tool's working position. Both models operate at 90 PSI with an air consumption of 21 CFM. The PSP-158 uses a 5/8"-11 spindle, while the PSP-114 provides an M14-2 spindle for compatible tooling systems.
Each pneumatic polisher includes a 30' twin air/water hose assembly for extended working range around slabs and fabrication tables. The all-weather hose remains flexible from -40°F to 140°F (-40°C to 60°C), supporting maneuverability across a wide range of shop and jobsite temperatures.
Each model includes the 30' twin hose assembly, 3.4 oz. of rust inhibitor oil, an exhaust hose with clamp, a quick-connect ball valve, and a reusable toolbox. A silicone gear head cover cushions the tool head while helping insulate the operator's hand from the gear housing.

Common Questions
The PSP-158 and PSP-114 are recommended for wet polishing, drilling, and profiling applications requiring pneumatic power and central water delivery.
The spindle thread is the primary difference. The PSP-158 uses a 5/8"-11 spindle, while the PSP-114 uses an M14-2 spindle. Both models share the same speed, power, air requirements, weight, and operating applications.
Both pneumatic polishers operate at a no-load speed of 5,500 RPM and produce a maximum output of 0.70 HP.
Both models operate at 90 PSI (6.2 Bar) and consume 21 CFM (594 L/min). They use a 1/4" BSPT air inlet.
Yes. The central water-feed system delivers ample water during wet polishing, drilling, and profiling regardless of the tool's working position.
Each model includes a 30' (9.1m) kink-free twin air/water hose assembly for extended working range and maneuverability.
The all-weather hose is designed to remain flexible from -40°F to 140°F (-40°C to 60°C).
Each model includes a 30' twin air/water hose assembly, 3.4 oz. of rust inhibitor oil, an exhaust hose with clamp, a quick-connect ball valve, and a reusable toolbox.
