Product Information
Alpha® Katana Turbo Rim Diamond Blades use a hybrid rim that combines a continuous diamond cutting edge with turbo-style relief slots. This turbo/continuous rim design supports fast, clean cutting across porcelain, sintered slabs, granite, marble, engineered stone, and glazed ceramic tile.
The continuous cutting edge maintains consistent contact with the material to produce smooth cuts with minimal chipping. Turbo-style relief slots support efficient cutting through hard porcelain tile, sintered slabs, and porcelain pavers, while the consistent 1.4 mm blade thickness promotes accurate cutting across every available size.
Katana diamond blades can be operated dry for convenient jobsite cutting or used wet to reduce airborne dust and support longer blade life. Their hybrid construction provides the clean-cutting characteristics of a continuous rim diamond blade with the cutting performance of a turbo rim blade.
The blades are available in 4", 4-1/2", 5", and 6" diameters for compatible stone cutters and high-speed angle grinders. Arbor configurations and maximum operating speeds vary by size, while the 5" blade is also recommended for the Alpha® Ecocutter Dry Cutting System.
