Product Information
The Alpha® Diamond Blade Re-Dressing Tool restores dull cutting edges on 4" to 6" diamond blades. Contact with the abrasive grinding wheel exposes fresh diamond, allowing compatible small-diameter blades to be serviced before replacement.
The worktable-mounted system works with compatible small angle grinders up to 6" and uses a 5/8"-11 spindle connection. Unlike a loose dressing stone, it uses a replaceable grinding wheel in a guided setup designed to prevent kickback during operation.
When connected to a HEPA vacuum, the tool supports a virtually dust-free re-dressing process that helps minimize silica exposure. The contained setup provides substantially better dust control than an uncontained blade-dressing process.
The tool includes three DRT3520 grinding wheels capable of re-dressing approximately 30 to 50 dull diamond blades. Replacement grinding wheels are also available in 3-packs for continued blade maintenance.
