Product Information
HYDRO-BLOKĀ® Joint Sealant is a professional polyurethane sealant designed to create flexible, waterproof seals in wet-area installations. It is formulated for sealing seams, panel joints, transitions, and penetrations while maintaining long-term flexibility and adhesion.
The primerless formula bonds to HYDRO-BLOK panels and many common construction materials without requiring a primer. Its non-sag consistency allows clean application on both vertical and horizontal surfaces, making it suitable for showers, tub surrounds, and other waterproof assemblies.
With 250% elongation at break and compliance with ASTM C920 Type S, Grade NS, Class 25, Use NT, M, and A, the sealant is engineered to accommodate normal building movement while maintaining a durable waterproof bond.
HYDRO-BLOK Joint Sealant is ideal for sealing panel-to-panel connections, assembly joints, transitions, and penetrations in waterproof installations. It applies in temperatures from 35°F to 110°F and remains serviceable from -60°F to 225°F after curing.
