HMK® P326 Terracotta Care is a modified water-based acrylic conditioner and maintenance sealer/cleaner for unglazed terracotta, brick pavers, and clay tile floors. It enriches the natural color and texture of the surface while developing a brilliant, silky shine without requiring mechanical polishing.
Protective Conditioning for Easier Maintenance
With regular use, P326 develops a protective film that improves resistance to water and dirt. This added protection makes textured and rough surfaces easier to clean while helping them remain more resilient under heavy use in frequently traveled interior areas.
Solvent-Free Care with a Refreshable Finish
The solvent-free formula supports initial conditioning and ongoing maintenance of compatible terracotta floors. Its protective finish can be periodically refreshed, while older P326 film can be removed with HMK R155 Intensive Cleaner when the surface needs to be thoroughly renewed.
