About This Product

GRABO Vacuum Lifter for Extremely Porous Materials

The GRABO® HighFlow is a cordless electric vacuum lifter engineered for dry-cast pavers, rough concrete, raw timber, untreated stone, rough brick, and other porous materials that conventional suction cups may struggle to grip. Its high-volume pump delivers 1,500 L/min of airflow, while the SMART CUT foam seal conforms to rough and textured surfaces.

Digital Pressure Monitoring and Controlled Placement

A large LED display shows real-time vacuum pressure in PSI or BAR, allowing operators to confirm the grip before lifting. The ergonomic pistol-grip design provides handheld control, while the included T-Bar attachment and wired ON/OFF remote support more comfortable lifting and positioning during paver and hardscape installations.

20V Cordless Power with Two Batteries

The GRABO HighFlow kit includes two 5.0 Ah batteries, with each fully charged battery providing up to 30 minutes of working time under rated conditions. The complete kit also includes a charger, spare 300 mm SMART CUT foam seal, extra filter, operator’s manual, and canvas carrying case.

Expandable Suction Plate Capacity

The included 300 mm suction plate provides a working load limit of up to 150 lbs. An optional 400 mm suction plate increases the working load limit to as much as 242 lbs. Actual lifting capacity depends on the vacuum pressure achieved, material porosity, surface condition, plate configuration, and applicable safety requirements.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

What materials can the GRABO HighFlow lift?

The GRABO HighFlow is designed for porous and textured materials such as dry-cast pavers, rough concrete, raw timber, rough slate, untreated stone, drywall, plywood, OSB, and rough brick.

How much airflow does the GRABO HighFlow produce?

The high-volume pump delivers 1,500 liters per minute, or 1.5 cubic meters per minute, of rated airflow.

How is the HighFlow different from a conventional suction cup?

Conventional suction cups depend on surfaces with minimal air leakage. The HighFlow moves a much larger volume of air, helping it maintain a usable vacuum on porous materials that continually allow air through the surface.

What is the lifting capacity of the included suction plate?

The included 300 mm suction plate provides a working load limit of up to 150 lbs under rated conditions.

How can the GRABO HighFlow lift up to 242 lbs?

The 242 lb working load limit requires the optional 400 mm suction plate, which is sold separately. The standard kit includes the 300 mm plate.

Does the GRABO HighFlow lift the same weight on every material?

No. Safe lifting capacity depends on the pressure shown on the display, material porosity, surface condition, suction plate, load orientation, and required safety ratio. Always confirm sufficient vacuum pressure before lifting.

How long does a GRABO HighFlow battery operate?

Each fully charged 5.0 Ah battery provides up to approximately 30 minutes of working time under rated conditions. Two batteries are included with the kit.

Does the GRABO HighFlow display vacuum pressure?

Yes. The LED digital display shows real-time vacuum pressure in PSI or BAR so the operator can monitor the grip before and during lifting.

What comes in the GRABO HighFlow kit?

The kit includes the HighFlow tool, 300 mm suction plate with SMART CUT foam seal, two 5.0 Ah batteries, charger, T-Bar attachment with wired ON/OFF remote, spare 300 mm foam seal, extra filter, operator’s manual, and canvas carrying case.

Can the GRABO HighFlow be used for outdoor projects?

Yes. It is designed for applications such as outdoor paver and hardscape installation. Follow the operating and battery requirements in the manual. The supplied charger is intended for indoor use and is not waterproof.
