Product Information
The BIHUI® DPE125 Edge Cutting & Grinding Diamond Blade combines tile cutting and edge grinding in one angle grinder blade. It is designed for hard tile, porcelain tile, ceramic tile, and other compatible dense materials encountered during tile installation and fabrication.
A full 25 mm (approximately 1") high continuous diamond rim provides substantial abrasive coverage for cutting and edge refinement. The continuous configuration supports smooth cutting with minimal chipping while allowing the blade to grind and adjust tile edges after the initial cut.
The blade uses a 5/64" (2 mm) thick hot-pressed steel body for strength and rigidity during high-speed operation. A double-sided diamond layer provides abrasive coverage on both faces to support controlled edge grinding and tile fabrication work.
The 5" blade has a 7/8" (22.23 mm) arbor and is designed for compatible angle grinders operating at no more than 12,250 RPM. Its self-cooling design helps manage heat during high-speed cutting and grinding while maintaining consistent blade performance.
Common Questions
