About This Product
Wet and Dry Polishing for Tile and Concrete
The Alpha® WDP-320 Wet/Dry Variable Speed Polisher is a 120V, 800W hybrid polisher for wet and dry tile edge polishing, concrete countertop polishing, and concrete floor work. Its 700–2,500 RPM variable speed range provides control across polishing and grinding applications, while the 5/8"-11 spindle accepts compatible 5" discs.
Ecoguard G for Water and Dust Control
The factory-attached Ecoguard G supports wet tile edge polishing without the typical mess and can be connected to a vacuum for dry concrete polishing with reduced airborne dust. Removing the Ecoguard G front cover and attaching the magnetic plate allows polishing or grinding close to walls and other edges.
Heavy-Duty Gear System and Reduced Vibration
A heavy-duty gear system with a step-down transmission, bevel gear, and pinion gear produces the variable speed range while supporting long-term durability. Precision-machined components reduce noise and vibration during operation, and the coated spindle reduces friction to extend oil seal life.
15-Foot Power and Water Connections
The WDP-320 includes a 15 ft. electrical power cord with an inline GFCI and a 15 ft. all-weather, kink-free water hose. Three feet of EasyOn-EasyOff sleeve bundles the connections near the tool to improve maneuverability during wet and dry polishing.
Handles and Accessories for Edge Polishing
A C-handle is included for torque-oriented work such as dry concrete polishing with a 5" disc, while the reversible side handle supports general edge polishing. The polisher also includes the water system components, wrenches, extra carbon brushes, hose adapter, ventilation cap, flange and lock nut set, and other accessories needed for its supported applications.
