Product Information
The Alpha® WDP-320 Wet/Dry Variable Speed Polisher is a 120V, 800W electric polisher for tile edges, concrete countertops, and concrete floors. Its 700–2,500 RPM no-load speed range provides control across polishing and grinding applications, while the 5/8"-11 spindle is optimized for compatible 5" discs.
The factory-attached Ecoguard G helps contain water and polishing debris during wet tile edge and concrete countertop work. For dry concrete polishing, the guard connects to a compatible HEPA vacuum to support a virtually dust-free setup. Removing the Ecoguard G front cover and installing the magnetic plate allows polishing or grinding close to walls.
A heavy-duty gear system combines a step-down transmission with bevel and pinion gearing to produce the variable speed range. Precision-machined components reduce operating noise and vibration, while the coated spindle reduces friction at the oil seals to support longer tool life.
The WDP-320 includes a 15 ft. power cord with an inline GFCI and a 15 ft. all-weather, kink-resistant water hose. A 3 ft. EasyOn-EasyOff sleeve bundles the connections near the tool to reduce cord and hose interference during wet polishing.
A C-handle supports torque-oriented applications such as dry concrete polishing with a 5" disc, while the reversible side handle provides control during general edge polishing. Included equipment also covers the water-feed components, wrenches, extra carbon brushes, ventilation cap, flange and lock nut set, hose adapter, Ecoguard G, and related mounting hardware.

Common Questions
Yes. The WDP-320 supports water-fed wet polishing and vacuum-assisted dry polishing. For dry operation, Alpha instructs users to remove the water-supply assembly and connect a compatible vacuum to the Ecoguard G.
The WDP-320 has a variable no-load speed range of 700 to 2,500 RPM.
Alpha recommends 5" discs for all WDP-320 polishing applications. Smaller 3" and 4" discs may fit, but water distribution and operating stability are optimized for 5" discs.
Yes. Removing the Ecoguard G front cover and installing the magnetic plate allows the tool to work close to walls and other edges.
Yes. The Ecoguard G can connect to a compatible HEPA vacuum to support a virtually dust-free dry polishing and sanding setup.
Yes. Its 15 ft. electrical power cord includes a factory-attached inline ground fault circuit interrupter.
The polisher includes a C-handle for torque-oriented applications and a reversible side handle for general edge polishing.
No. Alpha does not recommend using the WDP-320 for cutting because its operating speed does not provide the peripheral blade speed required for cutting applications.
The WDP-320 includes the factory-attached Ecoguard G, water hose assembly, water spray valve assembly, C-handle, reversible side handle, open-end and pin wrenches, extra carbon brushes, rubber hose adapter, ventilation cap, flange and lock nut set, EasyOn-EasyOff sleeve, and related hardware.
Alpha provides a one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the original retail purchase date.
