Alpha® Twincur EB is a resin-bond diamond polishing disc series for engineered stone and quartz surfaces. Designed for automated edge polishing machines, each abrasive polishing disc delivers fast, consistent results and long service life in professional fabrication environments.
Bullnose and Straight Edge Polishing
Twincur EB is designed for polishing full bullnose edges on engineered stone and quartz. The same resin polishing wheels can also finish straight edges when the automated machine's micro-oscillating function is enabled, allowing one abrasive system to support multiple edge profiles.
Snail Lock Edge Polishing Wheels for Automated Machines
These diamond polishing wheels use a Snail Lock connection for installation on compatible edge polishing equipment. The series is available in 4", 5", and 6" diameters and works with single-head and multiple-head machines.
Five-Grit Resin Polishing Sequence
The progressive sequence includes 200, 500, 1000, 2000, and 3000 grit discs in each available diameter. Color coding simplifies abrasive identification: Yellow 200, Red 500, Dark Green 1000, Light Green 2000, and Brown 3000.
