Sloped Extension for S-DRY Shower Bases
The wedi® S-DRY™ Extension is a waterproof, sloped extension panel designed for use with wedi S-DRY Shower Bases. The 24" × 48" panel adds 24" of sloped shower floor surface along one 48" side of the shower base, providing additional flexibility when building larger shower layouts.
Pre-Sloped Waterproof Construction
The extension is made with a solid EPS foam core covered with wedi S-DRY Membrane. Its pre-sloped surface begins at 1-1/8" high and increases to 1-5/8", continuing the slope needed for the extended shower floor while providing an integrated waterproof surface.
S-DRY Membrane Waterproofing
The factory-applied S-DRY Membrane provides strong waterproofing and vaporproofing performance. Connections and seams within the S-DRY assembly are bonded and waterproofed using wedi S-DRY SEAL, allowing the extension to become part of the continuous waterproof shower system.
