About This Product

Flat Square Bead Application with Less Tooling

The AlbionĀ® Green Square Bead Nozzle lays down a flat bead of sealant while applying the appropriate amount of material to reduce waste and finishing work. Its square profile seats reliably in the center of the joint and transitions from vertical to horizontal applications without stopping.

Trim-to-Size Plastic Nozzle

The 5" plastic nozzle can be trimmed with a utility knife to create the desired bead size for the joint. Its bright fluorescent green color improves visibility of the sealant during application, making it easier to follow bead placement across horizontal, vertical, and angled joints.

Expansion Joint, Fillet Joint and Glazing Applications

The square bead profile is suited for horizontal and vertical expansion and control joints that will be finished flat, as well as fillet joints, cove joints, and other 45° angles. It can also be used for glazing applications between glass, metal frames, and smooth stone.

B-Line Sausage Gun Compatibility

The nozzle fits Albion B-Line sausage guns, including the B12S20, B18S20, and B26S20, when used with the #873-5 black plastic ring cap.
