The Albion® B12S20 B-Line Manual Sausage Gun uses a smooth 12:1 mechanical advantage drive for dispensing standard viscosity materials. Its full-size handle supports comfortable, efficient dispensing, while double gripping plate technology reduces slipping and provides long service life.
10 oz, 13 oz and 20 oz Sausage Pack Capacity
The B12S20 accepts 10 oz, 13 oz, and 20 oz sausage packs and can be converted to dispense bulk material or 10 oz and 12 oz cartridges using the included components. Durable sausage pistons help prevent bag wrap, while the rotating swivel barrel allows the barrel position to be adjusted during application.
Improved Barrel, Rod Support and Recoil Control
The B-Line design uses a stronger three-screw barrel connection for smoother, more consistent swiveling without the barrel loosening during use. An extended rod guide improves support and reduces friction and rod wear, while improved recoil control and a wear adjustment pin support consistent operation over the life of the gun.
Included Nozzles, Pistons and Steel Ladder Hook
The kit includes three 873-2 narrow translucent plastic nozzles, three 873-3 wide black cone nozzles, two 873-6 polyplastic sausage pistons, one 873-35 Hytrel® bulk piston, and a 310-3 steel ladder hook pull. The hook-pull design can be accepted without removing the existing pull, keeping the gun ready for different jobsite handling and dispensing setups.
