Product Information
The AlbionĀ® B12 B-Line Manual Cartridge Gun uses a 12:1 mechanical advantage drive to dispense standard viscosity materials packaged in 1/10 gallon or 300 ml cartridges. The manual drive produces up to 375 lbf of thrust and is suited for materials including silicones, acrylics, and polyurethanes.
Albion's Double-Gripping Plate technology provides secure drive-rod engagement to prevent slipping and extend tool life. An adjustable wear compensation device maintains trigger response as components wear, while the three-screw barrel-to-handle connection provides additional strength during repeated dispensing.
The metal half-cradle carriage securely holds 10 oz cartridges and rotates for convenient nozzle positioning during application. A slotted front cap simplifies cartridge loading, while the full-size handle and smooth drive action support comfortable, controlled dispensing.
The B12 includes a built-in puncture wire for opening cartridge seals and a ladder hook pull for convenient placement between applications. These integrated features keep commonly needed functions directly on the cartridge gun without adding separate accessories.
