Zinsser® Shieldz® Clear Acrylic Wall Size is a fast-drying, ready-to-use acrylic sealer and sizing for preparing painted and glossy surfaces before installing wallpaper or borders. It creates a uniform sealed surface that makes wallcovering easier to position while promoting adhesion.
Adhesion on Difficult Wallcovering Surfaces
Shieldz Clear Wall Size can be used on hard-to-stick surfaces including existing vinyl wallcovering and paneling. The formula also binds porous paint to walls, providing a more consistent surface for wallcovering installation.
Tintable Clear Formula for Hiding Seams
The clear wall size can be tinted to coordinate with the background color of the wallcovering, helping conceal visible seams or gaps. Use a maximum of 1 oz. of universal tinting color per quart.
Ready-to-Use Water Cleanup Formula
The acrylic formula is ready to use and cleans up with water. One quart covers approximately 75 sq. ft.
