All-Purpose Primer for Interior and Exterior Surfaces
Zinsser® Bulls Eye 1-2-3® is a water-based primer, sealer, and stain blocker for residential, commercial, and industrial applications. It adheres to wood, drywall, concrete, metal, glossy painted surfaces, and other paintable materials while providing a high-hiding base for oil- or latex-based architectural paints.
Glossy Surface Adhesion Without Sanding
The liquid primer bonds to glossy surfaces without sanding and seals porous materials while resisting high-pH surfaces up to 12.5. Its dried film is mold and mildew resistant and helps inhibit rust on applicable metal surfaces.
Stain Blocking and Fast Recoat Performance
The liquid formula blocks common stains including graffiti, grease, rust, cedar and redwood tannin, creosote, and asphalt stains. It can be applied at temperatures as low as 35°F and topcoated in 1 hour, with soap-and-water cleanup after application.
Aerosol Primer for Repairs and Hard-to-Paint Surfaces
Bulls Eye 1-2-3 Aerosol provides a high-hiding primer and stain blocker for interior and exterior wood, concrete, drywall, and non-galvanized metal.
