Fine Adjustments to Porcelain Tile Cuts
RUBI® Porcelain Tile Nippers are designed to rectify and refine scored cuts in hard porcelain tile. They are especially useful for removing narrow strips of 3/8" or less that are difficult to break cleanly with a manual tile cutter.
Tungsten Carbide Scoring Wheels
Two tungsten carbide scoring wheels with titanium nitride surface treatment provide durable contact points for working porcelain. As the contact point begins to wear, each wheel can be rotated to expose a fresh section and extend its usable life.
Use After Scoring with a Tile Cutter
After the desired cut has been scored with a tile cutter, the nippers allow the installer to progressively remove and adjust material along the scored line for greater control over the finished edge.
