Product Information
Alpha® Quad Turbo Rim Flush Cutting Diamond Blades convert compatible high-speed angle grinders into specialized flush-cutting tools. When installed with the appropriate Quad Drive Adapter, the blade mounts without a conventional lock nut, allowing the cutting edge to work closer to the material surface.
The turbo rim provides fast dry cutting with minimal chipping across demanding stone and fabrication applications. Available diameters from 4" through 10" allow the grinder blade size to be matched to the required cutting depth, access, and power tool.
The flush-cut configuration supports clean 90-degree inside corners, cleanup cuts, sculpting, monument work, and other applications where a conventional saw blade cannot cut close enough to the surface. It is also useful for removing marks left by larger cutting blades and accessing confined work areas.
The 4", 5", 6", and 7" flush cut blades use a 20mm Quad Drive connection and require the appropriate Quad Drive Adapter. The 8", 9", and 10" blades use a 20mm flange with eight holes, with the larger-diameter configuration designed to support cutting with the angle grinder's existing safety guard when properly equipped.

Common Questions
Alpha Quad blades are designed for dry flush cutting with compatible high-speed angle grinders. They are particularly useful for inside corners, cleanup cuts, sculpting, monument work, and confined areas.
A flush cut blade uses a specialized mounting configuration that positions the cutting edge closer to the work surface than a conventional blade and lock-nut setup.
The 4", 5", 6", and 7" blades use a 20mm Quad Drive connection and require the appropriate Quad Drive Adapter. The 8", 9", and 10" blades use a 20mm flange with eight mounting holes.
Yes. The Quad Series is specifically designed as a dry turbo rim diamond blade system for flush cutting and other demanding grinder applications.
Yes. When equipped with the correct Quad Drive Adapter and compatible blade, an angle grinder can perform specialized flush cuts, inside-corner cuts, and cleanup work.
Alpha Quad blades are available in 4", 5", 6", 7", 8", 9", and 10" diameters. Blade thickness, maximum RPM, and mounting configuration vary by size.
Common applications include flush cutting, creating 90-degree inside corners, cleaning marks left by larger saw blades, jobsite cutting, sculpting, monument work, and accessing tight areas.
No. The compatible Quad Drive Adapter eliminates the conventional lock nut and uses a threaded connection to mount the flush cutting system to the angle grinder.
