Dual Pneumatic Stone Cutters with Guide Rails
The Alpha® PSC-150 Miter Cutting Kit combines two 6" pneumatic stone cutters, two ASC-6CSM carriage assemblies, and a multi-length guide rail system for controlled straight and miter cutting. Each carriage includes three positioning templates for configuring the cutter for straight, left-side miter, or right-side miter cuts.
Precision Miters for Waterfall Edges and Lamination
The system produces precise miter cuts in 3/4" (2cm) material for laminated waterfall edges, book matching, and related stone fabrication. Positioning the two wet/dry stone cutters in opposite directions on the same guide rail allows both sides of a V-cut to be completed with mating edges prepared for lamination.
Two Miter Positions with One Guide Rail Setup
Both miter cuts can also be completed with one PSC-150 and carriage assembly without relocating the guide rail. After making the first cut, the air-powered stone cutter can be repositioned for the opposing miter, reducing repeated rail alignment and improving fabrication workflow.
Complete PSC-150 Rail Cutting System
The kit includes two PSC-150 pneumatic stone cutters with standard accessories and Eclipse II 6" blades, two ASC-6CSM carriage assemblies, 4', 7', and 12' guide rails, and surface protection tape.
