The Alpha® ASC-5CSM Guide Rail Carriage Assembly connects the ESC-125 Wet/Dry Stone Cutter to the Alpha Guide Rail System. The fixed rail-guided setup maintains cutter alignment and provides controlled straight-line travel across stone, slabs, and other hard surface materials.
Installation begins by removing the standard TT Guide from the ESC-125 base plate. The carriage assembly then attaches using the cutter's existing holding mechanism, allowing the tool to transition from handheld cutting to rail-guided operation without permanent modification.
The rail carriage reduces the need to guide the cutter freehand when making long fabrication cuts. Its stable movement supports straighter, more repeatable cutting across larger materials where maintaining alignment by hand can be difficult. The ASC-5CSM is intended for straight cuts only.
