Use the right blade for the project

I needed to cut laminated glass with my electric hand held glass/tile cutter. The blade that came with the unit was for tile. To get a cleaner cut - i ordered this 3.5" blade. It got the job done cleanly and efficiently without chatter. You must have a water feed, on your tool, to cut glass. Let the blade do the cutting- can't push it too fast. The tool rpm is slow (compared to large tile cutters) and this blade is especially designed for the rpm of the tool . Pay attention to that before purchasing.

Could be better

For the price I was expecting a good bit more from this blade , it works is the best thing I have to say about it , it didn't last very long and was pretty wore after one straight cut of a 20" long sheet of glass , and was used in a makita 12volt wetsaw that the makita blade performed much better with this exact same task , but I accidentally broke that blade , both blades are over priced in my opinion, but I'm not a professional by no means
