Product Information
The Alpha® PWC Pneumatic Cutter/Grinder is a high-speed air-powered tool for cutting and grinding stone. Designed for stone fabrication, the PWC combines up to 1.4 HP with a center water-feed system and configurations for both cutting and flat grinding applications.
The Quad W Adapter center water-feed system directs water to both the front and back sides of the blade during cutting. The center-feed design also supplies water for flat grinding, allowing the same pneumatic tool to handle multiple fabrication operations while providing water directly at the working area.
A reversible safety guard accommodates left- or right-side blade positioning. The included L-bracket and side handle support a pull-to-cut configuration, while the side handle can also be installed for push-to-cut operation, giving fabricators flexibility based on the cut and working position.
A spring-return throttle helps prevent accidental startup, while an accessible oil port supports routine maintenance of the pneumatic tool. Each cutter/grinder includes a 30 ft. air/water twin hose assembly, Alpha® Elite Q Blade, Quad W Adapter Assembly, safety guard, handles, fittings, maintenance oil, wrenches, and a reusable stackable toolbox.
