About This Product

Self-Adhering Flashing Tape for Exterior Wall Openings

Alpha® Nichigo G-Tape™ 3035 Series is a linerless, self-adhering flashing tape for exterior wall fenestration applications. The permanent-bond tape is designed for flashing and sealing around window frames while maintaining performance after prolonged exposure to sunlight and rain.

Seaming and Splicing for Exterior Building Materials

The 3035 Series can be used for seaming and splicing insulation sheets, house wraps, and wall boards, as well as waterproofing outdoor deck rafters. Its linerless construction eliminates release-liner waste, while face-to-face adhesive contact can be separated without damaging the adhesive.

Hand-Tearable Linerless Installation

The tape tears straight by hand without requiring a cutting tool, simplifying application in the field. It is also 50% to 70% lighter than conventional window flashing tape, making rolls easier to handle during exterior flashing, seaming, and waterproofing work.

UV, Weather, and Temperature Resistance

A black substrate provides high UV resistance for exterior exposure, and the tape is suitable for all-weather use from -40°F to 176°F (-40°C to 80°C). The 3035 Series meets AAMA 711-13 Type A without primer, Level 3 for exposure up to 176°F, and AC 148.
