The Alpha Diamond Blade Re-Dressing Tool is designed to restore dull cutting edges on 4" to 6" diamond blades using a small angle grinder. By reopening the diamond matrix on worn blade segments, it helps restore cutting performance and extend blade life without replacing the blade.

Compatible with small angle grinders up to 6", the tool features a 5/8"-11 arbor and a controlled operating design that helps reduce kickback during use. When connected to a HEPA vacuum, it supports a cleaner blade re-dressing process with reduced airborne dust. Three included grinding wheels provide enough capacity to re-dress approximately 30 to 50 diamond blades.
