Product Information
Alpha® Antique Brush Wheels create textured finishes on the edges and surfaces of engineered stone, quartz, and natural stone. They can be used on granite, bluestone, marble, and limestone, providing multiple grit options for developing and refining the desired surface texture.
The brushes are developed with TYNEX® filament from DuPont for safe, consistent performance during stone surface texturing. Both 4" and 5" brush wheels are available in #24, #36, #60, #120, #240, and #320 grits, allowing progressive surface finishing from coarse texturing through finer refinement.
Each Antique Brush Wheel uses a Snail Lock mounting system with a 5/8"-11 thread and operates at a maximum speed of 4,000 RPM. The brushes fit many popular edge polishing machines, hand-held sanders, and polishers, making them suitable for shop fabrication and hand-held stone finishing applications.
