About This Product

Compact Pneumatic Polisher for Sink Rims and Bowls

The Alpha® AIR-300 / AIR-304 Pneumatic Polishers are compact wet polishing tools built for areas that are difficult to access with conventional polishers. The smaller body is easy to maneuver around sink rims, bowls, and other confined fabrication areas, while the 1.6 lb design reduces fatigue during extended polishing work.

5,800 RPM Wet Polishing with Central Water Feed

A central water-feed system supplies water directly to the polishing area for wet polishing applications. Both models operate at a maximum no-load speed of 5,800 RPM and accept 3" and 4" polishing discs along with 2", 3", and 4" rubber pads, providing flexibility for detailed stone fabrication and polishing work.

Air Requirements for Shop and Jobsite Use

The polishers consume 10 CFM at 87 PSI and require a 3 HP air compressor. A 1/4" BSPT air inlet and 1/4" BSPP water inlet support the pneumatic and water connections, while the compact format makes the tool suitable for both fabrication shops and on-site work.

AIR-300 and AIR-304 Spindle Options

The AIR-300 uses a 5/8"-11 spindle, while the AIR-304 uses an M14-2 spindle, allowing fabricators to select the model that matches their polishing accessories. Each polisher includes a 30 ft air/water twin hose assembly, faucet/garden hose adapter, 17 mm wrench, rust inhibitor oil, and reusable stackable toolbox.
