The wedi Shower Base is a pre-sloped, waterproof tile ready shower pan manufactured from closed-cell XPS foam for constructing custom shower bases.
This shower pan provides integrated waterproofing and a factory-formed slope to support proper drainage in bonded shower assemblies. The base allows tile or stone to be installed directly onto the surface using standard thinset mortars without additional surface-applied waterproofing membranes.
The shower base can be trimmed to size or extended using compatible extension panels to accommodate different shower layouts. A factory-matched Click and Seal drain unit is supplied to provide a mechanical connection to standard waste plumbing.
