1/8" Ribbon Application for Sealants and Flashings
The AlbionĀ® 1/8" Ribbon Bead Nozzle is a disposable plastic nozzle for applying consistent ribbons of liquid air barrier sealants, flashings, lap sealants, and bedding adhesives. It applies a 1/8" thick ribbon and provides a faster alternative to spreading sealant with a trowel.
Adjustable 2" to 4" Application Width
The nozzle starts at a 2" application width and can be cut with a utility knife in 1/2" increments for 2", 2.5", 3", 3.5", or 4" ribbon widths. Tilting the dispensing tool upward allows a thinner ribbon to be applied when needed.
Compatible Dispensing Guns and Applications
Its two-piece construction is compatible with sausage, bulk, and quart cartridge guns, including the Albion B12S20 sausage gun. The nozzle can be used for creating air barriers around window and door openings, lap seals, wet flashings, and bedding adhesive applications.
