Miracle Sealants® 511 Impregnator Sealer is a penetrating, oil-based sealer formulated to protect natural stone, tile, grout, concrete, and masonry surfaces from moisture and staining. Its polymerized silicone formulation penetrates below the surface to create an invisible barrier while allowing moisture vapor to escape.
511 Impregnator is not a surface coating and does not form a film on the material. It preserves the natural appearance of the surface, though some materials may experience slight shading. Treated surfaces become harder and less slippery after application.
