How to Apply HMK® S242

Prepare the Surface: Clean the stone well using HMK® R155 Intensive Cleaner. Rinse thoroughly and let it dry for at least 24 hours. If there is underfloor heating, turn it off and cool the surface to room temperature.
Apply the Sealer: Use a natural bristle brush or HMK® Z950-HMK Z951 brushes to apply HMK® S242 evenly. Make sure to apply a single coat and remove any excess before it dries. For very porous surfaces, you may need to apply it again.
Drying Time: Do not walk on the treated area for 4 to 6 hours. It takes 24 hours to fully resist dirt and water. Protect it from rain and humidity for 12 hours.
