Rust-Oleum LeakSeal® Flexible Rubber Coating is an easy-to-use, rubberized protective utility coating designed to effectively fill gaps and cracks up to 1/4". This versatile coating seals out water, air, and moisture, providing a watertight and weatherproof barrier. Additionally, LeakSeal® protects surfaces from rust and corrosion, making it an ideal solution for a variety of applications.

Once applied, LeakSeal® dries to a semi-smooth, firm finish that resists sagging and dripping. It can be top-coated with both latex and oil-based paints for a seamless, durable finish.

Specifications:

• Not Recommended For: Rubber surfaces or surfaces exposed to continuous water immersion.
• Coverage: Approximately 8.0-10.0 sq. ft. per can at 2.5 mils thickness and 4.0-5.0 sq. ft. per can at 5.0 mils thickness.
• Dry Times (at 70-80°F and 50% Relative Humidity):
  • Touch: 2 hours
  • Handle: 2-3 hours
  • Recoat (with itself): 15-30 minutes
  • Topcoat: 24 hours
