Product Information
The Raimondi® Power Miter Jolly produces high-quality 45° bevel cuts on tile and slabs directly at the jobsite. It rides along the material edge as its guide, eliminating the need for a rail and allowing miter cuts with no length limit.
Cutting depth can be adjusted with dedicated knobs to control how much material is removed and how close the cut runs to the finished tile surface. Blade tilt can also be adjusted to help prevent the rear of the blade from chipping the finished edge.
Dual handles provide the pressure and control needed from the beginning through the end of the cut. Anti-scratch plastic slides move smoothly along the tile or slab surface, helping maintain consistent positioning while protecting the material from unnecessary contact damage.
The US model works with most 600-1100W angle grinders equipped with a 5/8"-11 arbor. A 4-1/2" Cross-Turbo diamond blade is included, supporting material up to 5/8" (16 mm) thick. The angle grinder is sold separately.
The Power Miter Jolly can be used for standard dry cutting or configured for wet cutting with the compatible Raimondi wet cutting and dust suppression kit. When wet cutting, use a suitable cordless grinder or qualifying water-resistant corded grinder and proper GFCI protection around water.
Common Questions
The Power Miter Jolly is designed to create precise, high-quality bevel or jolly cuts along the edges of tile and slabs for mitered installations.
It is designed for nominal 45° miter or jolly cuts. Raimondi specifies the actual miter angle at approximately 47°.
No. The tool rides directly along the edge of the tile or slab, so a separate guide rail is not required. This also allows it to work on material without a practical length limit.

No. The angle grinder must be purchased separately. The Power Miter Jolly does include a 4-1/2" Cross-Turbo diamond blade.
With the included 4-1/2" (115 mm) blade, the maximum specified tile or slab thickness is 5/8" (16 mm).
Yes. Dedicated adjustment knobs control the amount of material removed and allow the cut to be positioned closer to or farther from the tile glaze. Once set, the adjustment can be maintained across different material thicknesses.
Yes. The standard tool is configured for dry use, but wet cutting is possible with the compatible Raimondi wet cutting and dust suppression kit. Wet operation requires an appropriate cordless grinder or qualifying IP54-rated or higher corded grinder, along with proper electrical protection around water.
