The SunTouch® ConnectPlus™ Smart Sensor is a wireless monitoring device designed to detect water leaks and monitor floor surface temperatures when paired with a compatible SunStat® ConnectPlus thermostat. Using integrated 915MHz wireless communication, the sensor provides real-time status updates and notifications to help protect radiant floor heating systems and surrounding flooring materials.
Built with both a water leak sensor and floor temperature sensor, the ConnectPlus Smart Sensor continuously communicates with the SunStat ConnectPlus thermostat to provide audible alerts, visual warnings, and mobile notifications through the Watt Home app. This allows homeowners and installers to monitor floor heating conditions remotely using compatible Apple® iOS and Android™ devices.
The system also supports integration with Alexa and Google Assistant for voice-controlled monitoring and smart home connectivity. An IP67 water-resistant housing and battery-powered design allow the sensor to operate reliably in moisture-prone environments such as bathrooms, kitchens, and radiant heated floor installations.
