Specifications

Installation Instructions

1. Flip the green Construction Plug upside down to access the Wax Cup.
2. Remove the Wax Cap and apply the wax to the outer edge of the Construction Plug.
3. Insert the Construction Plug into the Grate Frame and tighten the Leveling Screws.
4. For centered installation, insert the Centering Tabs. For off-center adjustment, remove the tabs.
5. Adjust the Frame Wings for tile thickness up to 3/4".
6. Reinstall the Frame Wings for small mosaic tile applications.
7. Use a few dabs of sealant to secure the Frame Wing fillers.
8. Install tile and grout, including around the Construction Plug.
9. Once grout is cured, remove the Construction Plug.
10. Trim the Grate Frame if necessary.
11. Install your Hydro-Blok Low Profile Drain Cover.
