Nuheat® Membrane is a tile underlayment designed for uncoupling, crack isolation, vapor management, and installation of Nuheat heating cable. It creates a tile-ready surface for heated and non-heated tile floor assemblies.

Description

The Nuheat Membrane is a tile underlayment designed for uncoupling, crack isolation, vapor management, and installation of Nuheat heating cable. It installs over the subfloor before tile installation and accommodates heating cable, floor sensors, cold lead joints, and end seals.

Constructed from a polypropylene sheet bonded to non-woven polypropylene fabric, the membrane is compatible with modified and unmodified thinset mortars. When seams are sealed with approved seam tape, it also provides waterproofing for tile floor assemblies.
